BHR –V- ILFORD COLTS

A slow start by both teams.  Both defences were on top for the first 15 minutes, a well taken goal by Tony to get his first for the Club.  Once we scored we looked comfortable and we should have added more, it took a spectacular goal again by Tony to make it 2-0 at half time. 

After the break we continued to be in control and created plenty of chances, after a few substitutions Robin struck a fierce shot which the keeper could only parry and some good work by Eliot who followed up to slot the ball home, scoring on his debut, making it 3-0.  We then relaxed a bit, and Ilford started to apply some pressure on our goal with three or four corners in succession, resulting in a goal being scored directly from a corner to make a final score of 3-1 – a win to us.
